RETURNS
At PureLuxe Hair, we have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unwashed, uncombed, unworn or unused, unbleached, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 14 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
